Terms & Conditions for the Chapel Wales Founders Circle

Welcome to chapelwales.com (the "Site"). The Site and the "500 Founders" campaign are owned and operated by Chapel Ltd (referred to as "we," "us," or "our"). By becoming a Friend, Founder, or Patron, or by registering for our events, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

By contributing to the Chapel Wales campaign (e.g., the £100, £500, or £2,500 tiers), you acknowledge that you are making a financial contribution to support the interior renovation and fit-out of the Chapel in Llanwrtyd Wells.

This is a rewards-based crowdfunding initiative. Your contribution does not constitute an equity investment, a loan, or a purchase of shares. You do not acquire any ownership, governance, or financial rights in Chapel Ltd.

We will make every reasonable effort to deliver the specified rewards (e.g., physical placement on the Founders Wall, lifetime membership benefits, opening weekend invitations) according to our estimated project timeline.

You acknowledge that construction and renovation projects are subject to delays. While we intend to open the venue as planned, exact dates for opening weekends and events are subject to change.

Because funds are immediately allocated to capital expenditure, building materials, and the interior fit-out of the Chapel, all contributions are strictly non-refundable once processed, except in the absolute discretion of Chapel Ltd.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
